Parent Coaching and Classes

Nurture Your Bonds

Parent coaching plays a pivotal role in supporting families as they navigate the complexities of raising children in today’s world. Parent coaching provides parents with practical tools, strategies, and support to enhance their parenting skills and strengthen their relationships with their children. By working with an expert parent coach, parents can gain valuable insights into child development, communication techniques, and effective ways to set limits. Moreover, parent coaching helps parents cultivate a deeper understanding of their children, fostering a more empathetic and nurturing parent-child dynamic.

The Center for Balanced Parenthood is a beacon of support and guidance for parents seeking to cultivate fulfilling family relationships. Through its comprehensive parent coaching programs, the Center empowers parents to overcome challenges, build resilience, and foster positive parent-child interactions. By providing a safe and non-judgmental space for parents to explore their concerns and hopes for their families, the Center facilitates transformative growth and happier families. The Center for Balanced Parenthood serves as a valuable resource for parents to create a nurturing and supportive environment for their children to thrive.

The Center for Balanced Parenthood

Raising young children is one of the most fulfilling, joyful things a parent can experience — it is also often the most challenging, isolating, and exhausting stage of parenthood. Inner Life Founder Dr. Colleen Napleton started the Center for Balanced Parenthood to help families navigate these challenges through parenting classes, play groups, Mommy and Me groups, 1:1 visits, and in-person and virtual parent coaching.

The Center for Balanced Parenthood provides parenting strategies and helps parents through a range of common challenges, from difficulties at school and behavioral issues to balancing work and family responsibilities. Additionally, our in-person programs create valuable opportunities to find support from like-minded parents, engage in authentic conversations about how difficult parenting really is and feel seen by others who understand the complex challenges (and rewards) of parenting.
